COVID Safe
COVID-19 is naturally a big part of our lives now and likely will be for quite some time. All precautions are taken with every appointment.
I will always wear all required PPE including, masks, aprons, face shields and gloves for every appointment including taking additional care with any equipment required for treatment.
All equipment and instruments are wrapped and autoclaved to ensure the highest standards of sterilisation. All instruments reach a temperature of 134 degrees.
Any equipment required is opened in front of the patient for added peace of mind that no sanitation has been compromised ensuring your own health and safety.
Cancellation Policy
SR Foothealth Clinic understands appointments sometimes have to be cancelled.
Unless there is exceptional circumstances appointments giving less than 12 hours cancellation prior to appointment will incur 50% charge of the appointment.
No shows will incur the full 100% fee for the appointment.
Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may cancel within 4 hours of the appointment, anytime after this will incur 50% charge of the appointment.
SR Foothealth Clinic values your time and custom also. Therefore, if we have to cancel your appointment 12 hours of less prior due to staff sickness or unforeseen circumstances then 20% will be taken off your next appointment fee.
