Simon offers comprehensive foot health services, including full foot health checks — particularly important for those living with diabetes — as well as routine treatments such as nail cutting and filing for clients with reduced mobility, and a wide range of other foot care needs.
All treatments take place at Lutterworth Town Foothealth Clinic, which is fully accessible, with wheelchair access and a comfortable waiting area.

We wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, gloves, aprons, and face shields, to minimise risk and maintain a safe clinical environment.

All instruments are individually wrapped and autoclaved at 134°C, meeting medical-grade sterilisation standards and ensuring complete hygiene.

Cancellation and late arrival policy
At SR Foothealth Clinic, we understand that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. To help us provide the best care for all patients, please note the following:
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the appointment fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee (100%).
• For appointments booked within 24 hours, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the appointment to avoid a 50% charge.
Late Arrivals:
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to complete your treatment, and the appointment may be considered a missed session, with the full fee applying.
• Arriving late may also result in a shortened treatment, depending on available time.
Clinic-Initiated Changes:
• If we must cancel your appointment 12 hours or less prior due to staff sickness or unforeseen circumstances, we will apply a 20% discount to your next appointment.
